第一章 课程考核与成绩认定

Chapter Ⅰ Assessment and Record of Achievements

（一） 学生应当参加培养方案规定的课程和各种教学环节的考核，每学期修读的所有课程和实践性教学环节都必须按时参加考核，评定成绩。课程成绩按百分制记入成绩，60分为及格，全校公共选修课及专题教育按二级分制计入成绩，即合格、不合格。

Article 1 Students should select courses in accordance with the education plan and participate in the study and assessment of selected compulsory courses, elective courses, and practical teaching sessions (such as internships, experiments, curriculum design, graduation design, or thesis, etc.).

The scores of the course are recorded according to the 100 percent system, and 60 points are passed. The public elective courses and special education in the whole school are counted according to the second-level score system, that is, qualified and unqualified.

（二）课程考核不合格者，须在国际教育学院统一安排的时间内参加补考。不按时参加补考者，视为自动放弃补考。收费标准为每门课程60元。

Article 2 The student fails in any exam shall re-sit at the set time by International Education School(IES). If he/she didn’t join the re-sit on time, he/she shall be considered voluntary renunciation of the re-sit. The charge is 60 RMB per course.

（三）学生因病或意外事由等不能参加期末正考时，须在考试前提出缓考申请，并提供校医院或相关证明，经学院审批，方可参加补考。缓考成绩按正常考试记分。

Article 3 The student, who can’t attend the exam on time due to sickness or accidence, shall submit suspension application of exam to the office ahead of time and provide effective proof. The student who is approved to suspend the exam shall attend the re-sit exam arranged by the office. And the result will be considered as the original marks of the subject.

（四）课程考核成绩不合格的学生应按学分缴费获得重新学习机会，简称重修。收费标准为每学分180元。重修成绩合格，可以获得相应学分。重修分为跟班重修和组班重修两种方式；重修课程上课时间与当学期所学课程上课时间有冲突情况，学生可在开课前按相关规定申请免听不免试，经同意后方可免听；重修学习不安排补考，在学习年限内重修不限次数。

Article 4 Those who fails in exam can retake the course with a charge of 180 RMB per credit. And you will get credits only when you have courses and pass the exam. There are two ways for retake: retake with next grade and group retake. If there is a conflict between the class time of the retaking course and the course time of the current semester, students can apply for exemption. No re-sit exam is arranged for retaking course. No limited number of retaking course within the years of study.

（五）集中性实践环节、专题教育等课程成绩不合格，没有补考机会，直接随下一年级重修。

Article 5 Those who fail the practical teaching sessions (such as internships, experiments, curriculum design etc.) should apply for a retake with a charge of 180 RMB per credit, without re-sit exam is arranged.

（六）对通过缓考、补考、重修获得的成绩，成绩单上予以标注。

Article 6 The results obtained through retake and re-sit exams shall be marked on the transcript.

（七）学生缺课累计超过某门课程总学时数1/3者，或欠交作业达1/3者，视为该门课程考核不合格。学生应按学校公布或任课教师要求的考核日程，准时参加考核。不参加课程结课考核者按缺考处理，缺考学生不允许参加补考，只能参加重修。

Article 7 The student who has the following situation shall be canceled the qualification of exam and his/her marks shall be marked ZERO. He/she shall not be allowed to join the re-sit, just can apply for retake.

(1) The student’s absence accounts for 1/3 of the total periods of the subject.

(2) The lack of assignment or experiment report accounts for 1/3 of the total amount of the semester.

(3) The student who is absent for the exam without permission shall not be allowed to join the re-sit.

（八）学生考试时，必须遵守考场纪律，凡违反考场纪律者，该次考试成绩无效，不允许参加补考，只能参加重修。

Article 8 The student shall abide by the exam regulations, finish the paper independently. Cheating is forbidden. The student who violates the exam discipline seriously or cheating shall not be allowed to attend the re-sit and his/her marks will be considered zero, he/she just can apply for retake.

（九）学生对考核成绩有异议的，可在成绩公布3个工作日内，以书面形式向学生所在学院教学办公室提出，由任课教师所在学院派专人与课程负责人共同复查试卷，若成绩有误，经任课教师所在学院教学院长认定后，将复查结果和说明材料报送国际教育学院，经主管处长审批后予以更正。

Article 9 If the student had doubt about the marks, he/she shall submit written application to the office within three working days after result published for rechecking. The result of the rechecking shall be evaluated by the dean of the concerned department and reported to IES.

第二章 绩点计算规则说明

Chapter Ⅱ Description of Grade Point Calculation Rules

1.学分绩点=课程学分×成绩绩点

Credit Grade Point=Course Credit × Grade Point

2.平均学分绩点（GPA） =∑（课程学分×成绩绩点）/ ∑课程学分
